Re: Lakemaster cards
I am pleased to report that I was contacted by a gentleman from Johnson Outdoors who monitors some of the usual forums and saw my post suggesting a lake in Washington be added to the Lakemaster Western Region Card. He seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and asked all the right questions...

Lakemaster cards
I was thinking about getting a Lakemaster card for my Helix 7 but as I was looking at the lake list, I didn't see Potholes. Could this be? How can they not include what is arguably the most popular lake in Washington? Am I missing something here? I really was looking forward to the water level offse...

Lake Tapps
Cascade Water Alliance website show Tapps water level came up 5 feet in less than a week and is now at full pool. That is got to be a cold blast of glacier water on those fish. I wonder how that will effect the spawn and when that might start. I guess it's going to depend on getting some sunshine. :...

Water Levels
Forgive me if this is common knowledge, but I've been trying to get ahold of this info for years. B of R just released a website that tells you currrent water levels on most of the popular reservoirs in E Wash.

Re: Washington Crawfish Colors
I was fishing the Snake River at Boyer Park for the first time several years ago. The first smallie I caught coughed up a brilliant orange crawfish. I started digging up any lure I had that was orange. Cranks, grubs, tubes all caught fish that day as long as it was orange.

Re: Lake WA perch
I have been out after bass the last three weeks. At first, there were clouds of perch chasing anything I was throwing. Last week, I saw very few which leads me to believe they have moved deeper. Water temp is still around 60-61 degrees. Good luck.

Re: Tribes now netting Lake Washington proper
Last time I saw an Indian net in Lake Washington was about 12 years ago. It was on Webster Point and was full of rotting Salmon and a few smallmouth.

When I was a kid, back in the '50's, they use to have hydro races in the slough.

I'm so confused...
So is there any change in the status of non-salmon fishing on Lake Washington and Sammamish?
