I to have used surgical tubing it works great. After you tie the buzz bomb on use the hook point and go through the sides, pull all the way over hook eye. Acks like a spring this way works better then black rubber bumper.

low tide by the marina all you want to get in a short time,then walk down the ocean side of the beach and fish the incoming tide.

everett to hummpy hollow is not a bad run. I would launch there, when the tides are flowing, it can make Mukilteo real had to get into.( the current rips there)

bluebullitt2003, By looking at the Puget Sound Creel Report they have been getting a few last week, looks like about a fish per boat. I bet that number jumps this week.
