where are the soccer fields located? What is the parking fee? Do, i just cart my stuff over to the river bank anywhere within the stretch from 11th to freeman and drop a line?

I am new to this, I looked up on google images 11th to freeman and it is a 6.5 mile stretch. Where do I park? It looks like on google images there are some dirt road turnouts or observation points. Any suggestions appreciated.

Otherwise, it will be primarily a lake boat. these things are pretty neat, i fianlly dont feel left out with my KIA soul now that i can just throw the boat on the roof and not worry about working those hamsters...

I don't have a boat:/ but where can I catch salmon? I live in Bremerton so the surrounding kitsap county is in play all the way out to Tacoma. Also, what is the best way to set up a rig for salmon? Bare with me, I am new to this.
