Tommy,A dry rub can be made from anything you have in the kitchen,but,I would go with a mixture of,salt,brown sugar,garlic powder,onion powder,pepper black and white if you have both,paprika(smoked).Rub the heck out of it and throw it in the frig overnite and you should have one fine brisket!...and ...

Go to K-Mart and in the kitchen section you will find storage containers with the name Lock and Lock(or you can go on line they have a web site) they are made with a rubber seal and locking tabs have some that are 4 yrs old and are as good now as the day I bought them....and there cheap...just like ...

We are thinking about a trip out to potholes,have never been there and wanted to know if one can (it looks like you can looking at a map) drive into the dunes area and launch a kayak? are there any problems with brake-in's etc. Looking foward to fishing over there,thanks for any help.....Alan
