RE:Article from the PI (Anyone worried about the Pink Run Through the Hollow?)
well, Monday was lights out, Tuesday was not so good. If your friends have never been to the Hollow it's worth it just to see all those boats! I'm sure you'll catch fish. Have a couple people cast buzz bombs off either side as you troll. Trying to troll 6 rigs would be a nightmare when they are hit...

RE:Article from the PI (Anyone worried about the Pink Run Through the Hollow?)
They've been slaying them at humpy hollow all along for the past 3 weeks...If your not getting fish, which is tough, change up your depth or your lure....Don't stick with just one setup at one depth...Troll with the tide and use smelly jelly... Not sure if you read my report. I fished it one day on...

Article from the PI (Anyone worried about the Pink Run Through the Hollow?)
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/othersports/328682_out23.html Check out the link to the story. I know I am not alone alone when I say where the heck are the 3.3? It seems they havnt made it to the Hollow yet?? As you may have seen my post, I fished possession to the shipwreck to mukilteo etc, with onl...

Fly Fishing for Pinks
I have heard of guys fly fishing for Pinks in the sound before they enter the river. Anybody know about this, or tacticts, flys, depths, etc? Im gonna be in 8-2, and if this is not a complete waste of time, I would like to give it a swing. Any info is great.

RE:Boatless in Spokane
Go to Fishtrap Lake in Cheney. Instead of fishing at the resort, hike on to the rocks just past the resort and fish there. If you want to be even more secluded keep hiking down. It is great trout fishing, and about a 20 minute drive from spokane. I think that is your best bet. There are also a coupl...

Snake River Cats
Does anyone have any experience with Snake River Cats? Thinking about going this weekend and could use any pointers, i.e. bait, location, depth, etc. From what I have heard, around the mouth of the Tucannon is a good spot, using Chicken liver, cheese, nightcrawlers or catfish nuggets (Powerbait). Is...

8-1/8-2 July Shrimping
I know that 8-1 and 8-2 opened back up for Shrimping on June 1 for non-spot under 150ft. Was it just for the day, or is it still open?

RE:Tulalip Bubble
Give it another try in July in either AM or PM, and especially at tide change. Of the fishing opps in 8-2, I see a stronger hookup ratio within 45 min of the tide change at the bubble. This fishery will definitly get better, moving into July. It sounds like your strategies are good, so I would give ...

RE:8-2 Memorial Day Lingcod
Well....not quite the response I was looking for. I have full capability of looking at the other posting "Where to fish for Lingcod". I appreciate your concern for our waters, and please note that I am fully aware of the rules and regs in 8-2. For the next couple weeks you are allowed 1 copper rockf...

RE:Catch and Release when fishing with bait....
I am getting so extremely tired of the false implication, that has been repeatedly expressed in these responses, that "Bait" fishermen, are some kind of a less knowledgable, and respected fisherman; while the "fly" fisherman is a law abiding, knowledgable, and respected "real" fishermen. Before some...

8-2 Memorial Day Lingcod
I am taking some guys out for lings on memorial Day weekend, and am looking for some advice. While I have never specifically targeted this species, I have caught many small lings in 8-2 when fishing for Rockfish and even Salmon in some areas. I hear that the best places are Tip of Camano and South o...

I recently began fishing for these beasts this year, and have spent most of my time on Sprauque lake fishing for them. I will tell you what I have found out about these species and hope that it helps. (While I am not fly fishing, hopefully my success, can help your success). - These fish feed primar...

RE:Catfish
Sprague is your best bet for a lake. They also have some monster Carp. I caught a 20# about 3.5 weeks ago. The above comment is also correct about snake.
