You can run your motor once a month or even twice. I do. Also make sure you don't tilt the motor, it should be straight up and down so any water doesn't pool in the lower unit.

I fished the tide rips off the slag pile this morning with about a dozen other boats. I didn't catch any fish and I didn't see any fish caught. I later moved up to Redondo for a couple of hours and didn't get any fish there either.

We have six chickens and two ducks for egg production. They are our pets. We raised all of them. The ducks are Muscovy and the chickens are Bantams and New Jersey Giant.

You can try the Duwamish. I have seen boats as big as a 26 cabin cruiser with a command bridge go as far up as Pacific Hwy. on a high tide.
