Eastern Washington Water Levels...
Hi all I am currently deployed to sandland but will be home soon. Was looking to see if anyone had any info on the current water levels around Spokane. Want to hit the water as soon as possible and would hate to get out to see that Long lake is still a stream, ya know? thanks for the info.

Winter Fishing Lake Chelan...
Got a question. Looking at hitting Chelan Nov-dec time frame. Anyone have any tips on how to target and where they normally hit. Never been to that lake or even tried to fish Macks and Lakers. So any help would be great... Thanks

RE:Wacky Jigging?
think I would feel better drop-shotting a wacky style rig myself. Seem that if you were bouncing off the bottom it would kill the action of your plastic, I mean while you are letting it sink back to bottom it really isn't getting to wiggle the way wacky was meant to, ya know. Where as on a drop shot...

Long Lake (Spokane) DNR launch question...
I've hit Long several times but I usually stick around the NM Resort/ Spokane house launches. Was wondering if the DNR was a good place to launch a float tube from. Also is there any access for bank fishing. Got Saturday to myself and since I don't have a boat, I have to weigh other options ya know....

RE:Top Waters
speaking on whacking yourself with your lure I watch a Bill dance show where he did that very thing. The only problem was the lure flew in hook first and embedded itself into Bill's nose... DEEP. Funny as that is, it is dangerous so be careful!

well I'm East-side too. Spokane in fact. The videos I saw the snakes were doing great, but they never video in places like here. It's always vids form the south where the bass are bigger so it always help push a product cause all you see are lunkers and we simple minded fishermen run out and buy the...

RE:How long do you work a bait?
Take my advice and make yourself an anchor for your tube or you'll be exploring a lot more water than you want LOL Thats great advice and very true. I bought a float tube anchor from Sportsmans Warehouse. It's light and works great... check it out.... http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm209/ProP-J...

there was another post where someone mentioned Doug Hannon the Bass professor. he advertises these "snake lures". My question is has anyone ever tried one? Does anyone think they would work in Washington?

RE:Long Lake question
Well getting there is easy enough. follow Francis west until you get to the 9 mile dam. here you can turn left at the bridge over the dam and go up the road a couple of miles till you see state park signs on your right, thats 9 mile resort. Or you can not turn at the dam and continue straight. about...

RE:oddest bait ever used
I had a friend that said he used to use a can of wet dog food to attract catfish. I guess just punch a few holes in the can and chuck it out where you wanna fish and they come in to the scent. I also heard of folks using WD-40 and spraying it on lures and worms as an attractant. Never tried any of t...

thanks for the info. I was actually looking at taking the daughter out to fish from the dock. Current may still be too much for that. On a side note, I watched a young guy in a beautiful Ranger try to pull into the Spokane house launch when the current was running.... really made me pucker to hear a...
