Guys, That is Winchester Lake over here in Idaho(just south of Lewiston). Been pounding gills all winter with Buckshot Rattlin Spoons and that Lindy Rattlin Flyer spoon. They are averaging nearly 9" with the largest taped at 10". And yes, MOST have been returned to the water unharmed....have a good ...

Did hit Scootney and caught about 7 perch. Skipped Moses since it was bigger water and didn't know where to go. Oh ya, did the Lind Coulee Arm of Potholes, too. Scratching my head why there was a good 5" of clear ice there, but such thin stuff on Soda only a mile or so away.

Thanks, I ended up at Soda lake to chase whitefish and walleyes. Too bad the ice was rather thin.

Get SKINNY if you want to hit Soda Lake...around 1.5" of clear ice on it. Lind Coulee Arm of Potholes has about 5" of clear ice.

Guys, looking for some suggestions... I have never ice fished in Washington before and was planning on driving over from Moscow, ID for the day this Friday.
