RE:Washington State vs. Other States
I think a lot of good points have been made in this thread. I'm lucky to be able to fish in different states. The variety is a great thing about our state. Of course if you haven't been to Alaska your missing out. Besides what we all agree on that the state could run things a whole lot better. I thi...

RE:Pinks still in the Duwamish?
Sam is right on! Pink dick nites do the job. Especially when the Green/ Duwamish are low because of the tide. You will most likely lose Bid spoons and your Buzz Bombs in all the logs in the river.

RE:Happy Fishing...
Sometimes a person just needs to have that special place. A place to get away from it all and relax. All you have to do is go on the banks of either the Snohomish or Green and see all the litter that stupid and uncaring fishermen leave behind. Most of us love the pristine outdoors and try to keep th...

RE:What % per species?
Salmon 25%
Steelhead 25%
Trout 25%
Bass 25%
Its fun to mix it up for me. And one of the species is usually biting! But if I could Salmon and Steelhead fish everyday throughout the year I would be a happy man!

I like everyone has been to the spokane street bridge and had no problem getting the pinks. The past couple of days I fished further south in Tukwila and man what a different story. Lot af people no fish. Anyone seen anything different?

I also like the incoming tide. But like GPC said. Fishing has been good at any level this year. But it think the fish like heading up river when the tide is coming in. Good fishing!!!!

Like some of you good folks have said. Lake fishing that is easly reached by the masses is always going to be hit or miss. For all the reason that have been posted. I love the challenge that this presents. It makes fishing the great chess match it can be. I am lucky that I get to fish all over Washi...

There is some lakes up up in the eastgate/lake hills I fished back in the 90's. I would go try salmon eggs or some power bait. But if you find some nice pools try a old fashion worm. Good Luck!!!

RE:The best trout recipeies
I like the taste of trout so mine is very easy. All I do is put some salt and pepper on it. Cut lemon circles and place them on the fish. Get some of your favorite fresh herbs on top as well. Place the fish on the BBQ. Good eats my friend!
