Took the boat out for the first time and we got pounded by the weather. Rain, wind, and waves beat us up, but my buddy and I still managed 5 in the 1-2lb range. Nothing big, but better than nothing....

Got to the lake around 9:30 today. It was a little rainy but it was also calm all day. I had a few bite's and ended up with two trout. All in all it was a good day.

Went to the lake not expecting much and was fishing with a pumkinseed tube. Pulled 3 smallies 2-3lbs and 1 4.5lbs great fishing and keep your lines tight.

I worked the shore in the lily pads and caught a nice triploid. Limted out the rest of the fish were regular plants. But they all tasted great. I've never seen a darker lake it looked like coffee.
