County health just posted algae bloom warning. Many dead jeuvenille fish due to extensive water vegetation taking over the lake. The younglings don't seem to be able to get enough oxygen. Water level is down significantly due to absense of water outlet control into PS. This lake needs extensive intervention. Non-indigenous vegetation is making the lake very unhealthy. As a result the water is less than perfect quality. The water qaulity is effecting the wetland habitat in a negative way. It appears that this lake is not compliant with the federal clean water act. However, the mature fish seem to keep on biting!
