went to deer for the first time, what a long ride from seattle, but the fishing was worth it. between the 3 of us we caught 4 trout that that were about 14" a piece we also caught 16" and a nice 17" bow (my biggest of the year so far) we used orange and char. green powerbait and we only fished the lake for 3 hours. but dont make the trip a weekend trip if your from seattle I put 800+ miles on my truck and spent around 11 hours on the road. But the fishing was worth and ill be back when i can spend a week out there
