We went in at about 4:30 and plunked around the lake up to my favorite fishing spot near some pads and reeds. First drop in the water was FISH ON! Nice little rainbow trout that was around 12". Then about 15 min later another but too small to keep. 45 min after that, I swear the same small guy but he got off the hook and dove away. Then trying to move spots, we trolled to another spot that yeilded not a bite. It was upon driving towards the launch to pack it in that I trolled behind the boat and caught a really nice 14" rainbow. We'll be back, we know they are in there but I wish we could have stayed later. The launch closes at dark.
