Fished Riffe at the dam and had an ok experience. Ive been fishing this lake for 4 years now, this was one of the slower times. There was about 30 bank fishermen at the dam, all throwing shrimp or worm. I changed depths a lot, found the best fishing at 12 feet. We hooked 3 Kokes, all 15 inches. Saw some NICE fish caught, biggest about 24 inches. All in all, great day till I had to drive 4 hours back to Tri-Cities after staying in Packwood.
