In response to Levi's report on the Northern Pike in Fish Lake:
I am thinking that you may have caught one of the Tiger Trout (cross breed of Brown Trout & Brook Trout) that was planted in there about 3 years ago. Tigers have a similar coloring as a Northern. (See the attached picture/ not from Fish Lake) If the Tiger has a low body mass and is long, it does resemble a Northern somewhat. Tigers are very "toothy" and are an aggressive fish. Like many hybrid fish, they tend to grow at a faster pace than natural breeds.
