As soon as I got to Erie lake on the first day of trout season I knew I wouldn't be fishing for trout. The water has a nice dark stain to it, perfect for my favorite way to bass fish...Flipping jigs to the pads/docks/brush, wood. On Saturday caught 5 nice bass between 2 and 4 pounds went back Sunday and caught 7 more with 3 around 4 pounds....all fish were released, One fish was put in the live well for a while to show friend who was meeting me at the lake,...DJ
