Maria and I took our raft out late Sunday afternoon. Saw one older couple launch a gorgeous little wooden boat with wheels on the side for transporting to bank. They just went to the west end and fish for a bit before leaving. Hmmm. Quick trip. Maria and I targeted for bass for the first hour or so. No go at all. Switched over to trout with sink tip and sinking lines rigged with Carey Specials. One bite after an hour. Made good on it. 15 inch wild cutthroat. Fought pretty hard. We had him for dinner that night.
