Good Ol' Spencer let me down for the 1st time in 2 years. Bro-in-law and I tried for the evening bite. Think it was just ending as we got there. The big one got away - looked like a 12 inch bow jumping off my hook by the boat. Tried trolling all sorts of stuff including the old standbys - caught & released a couple little ones. There was some kind of yellowish clouds in the water. Too early for algae bloom? Pollen? Trying Wooten in the morning.
