My first trip to this lake, and mainly it was to try out some gear and get ready for the upcoming season. Beautiful lake -- not many biting, but got a couple nibbles along the bottom. On the way in, caught a 15" rainbow shaped like a football. Should have weighed it, it was a beauty. Fishing wasn't great, but the day was!
