Our actual intent was to try our brand new canoe, but we stuck one pole out there anyhow. Not a bite, but the weather was great and so was the canoe. Talked to one guy who had caught two off the bottom with powerbait. A few things:
- For those with powerboats, don't circle the small boats. They have enough problems with a wake from one freaking direction. And you DO know what the bouys mean, right?
