My buddy and I tried Kapowsin on Saturday Feb 7th from about daylight until around two in the afternoon, from shore. First we started out there at Erickson's Dock. Low clouds but no wind at daylight. Fished with powerbait (all colors) for the first hour with no luck..switched to Patzki's and mmellows, also with no luck. The wind started howling so we decided to try the other end of the lake but the wind was so strong by then that it looked like the sound out there on a rough day so we finally gave up.
