My wife and I went fishing for the first time this year at American Lake. The weather was raining. We rented a pontoon from Bill's Boat House and went out for the day. They said the fishing was slow. With-in an hour my with hocked up on a 12" Rainbow and two hours later I brought in one 13" and one 12" Rainbow and they were very healthy Trout. For the first time out this early in the year that was a Great fishing trip for us. So for a good fishing trip go to American Lake for some big Trout fishing on a dock or in a boat, you'll have a great time and catch some good Trout.
