Fished the docks from the Davie's beach boat launch north without
much success using a gold flake reeper, switched to a June bug reeper and caught 2 nice smallmouth and lost another right at the boat (one was 3.5lb).
At the far north end of the Lake I caught the biggest fish I've ever caught a 5.5lb Largemouth. This all happened in a span of 2 hrs., then the sun came out along with the jet skier's and everything shut off. It was a short but sweet day!
