The lake is 11 miles north of Monroe and is a multi-species lake which recently received a plant of 5,000 rainbows. It is 352 acres, has a public access with ramp at the south end of the lake as well as a county park with carry-in launching. The lake is developed but still is quite pretty with nice views of a Cascade foothills from the north end of the lake.
Fished from 8 to 10am trolling thin blade spinners with a bit of powerbait. Slow, with a couple of strikes. The bank fishers and anchored boats seemed to be doing better. I saw a fair number of fish caught, most seemed to be the typical hatchery fish, 8-10 inches. Most people seemed to be using power bait.
