Went to the lake of the idiots again and I guess the idiots
have taken all the stupid fish. Over a 3 day period of 95
degree weather the fish were still there, only smarter.

We went a little deeper and still fished in the early
morning and late evenings. came near to limiting each d
ay but never quite did. The weather 95 degrees made other
entertainment opportunities more apporiate. Fish were
there in 30-35ft water at the south end near the point and
along the road. I warn you all that is left are the
smart ones, you will get bites all day still fishing
but the challenge is to keep the bait and fish on.
You will spend all day
getting your bait picked clean. Blue lake was still a
good bet for fishing this week, when you consider the
heat, still biting and still fighting when you do hook one,
but to hook one you have to be smarter than the fish now.
