Upper Caliche
My girlfriend and I made the trip over the mnts for the day to try out Caliche for the first time. It was cloudy and about 38 when we made it to the upper lake. There were about 50 people fishing the shoreline, so we had to walk down the shore quite a ways to find a clear spot. Along the way we asked a number of people how they were doing and a few fish were caught, but very slow. We fished marshmallow and worm for about 2 hrs and had 2 bites. I saw 5 or 6 fish caught, so definately not the hot fishing I expected for a opener. We packed up and headed over to Warden Lk.
