Fishing great, catching so,so. Fished Osborne Bay
first daimio DAY! Sluggo's brown or Ten. shad.
Fished in the reeds. Used "J" hook center hooked
lost first 3 bass. Changed to gamagatsu wide gap
caught next two, lg mouth. I now know you MUST side
hook with a j hook. Let bass pick up and move
before you set the hook. The water was 62% in
Osborne. Very few carp in bay at that time, the first
time in June that I did not see the bay loaded with
carp. Poor walley catches. Wind blew next 2 days.
Small mouth & walley were below the "poplars" area.
1/3 the way to million dollar launch. Good trout
from bank & boat at coulee play land.
Good Luck on your trips,
