I went trolling along the northeast side of Lake Washington on Saturday with nary a strike. We were using pop gear and wedding rings tipped with worms. We also tried needlefish with no luck. I'm sure part of the problem could have been that we didn't have any idea about depth but I was wondering if anyone has had much luck along that stretch, particularly in front of St. Edwards Park. It looked liked great water. Lots of small fish (smolts?) were jumping around us. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks
