Fished the Arboretum area from 4:30 to dusk. Caught several yellow perch, bluegill and a baby bass. Kept 3 pan size perch which fried up great for dinner. Talked with other fishermen and everyone was catching lots of perch. One guy had caught a small brown bullhead catfish and another had caught a decent size bass. Talked with a lady from Switzerland who translated our conversation to her parents. She remarked on how she enjoyed fishing for yellow perch back in Switzerland and she didn't realize you could catch them here. I fished here over labor day weekend and had a similar catch as today.
