GOT TO THE PIER AT 6:15 AM. THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE THERE. ONE SAID HE HAD A COUPLE OF BITES. FISHED FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR AND NOTHING. UP UNTIL ABOUT 8 AM ONE PERSON CAUGHT A RAINBOW 10" USING ORANGE MARSHMALLOW AND
MAGGOT. THEN HE CAUGHT A KOKANEE 12-14" 15 MINUTES LATER. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE GETTING BITES AND CATCHING FISH. I TRIED WORMS AND MARSHMALLOW, POWER
BAIT ALL COLORS. NO BITES. ONE MAN ARRIVED AT THE PIER AROUND 8:30 AM AND HAD A BITE ON RAINBOW POWERBAIT ON HIS FIRST CAST. THAT WAS IT FOR HIM THE
REST OF THE DAY. AROUND 10:30 AM WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE, I GOT A NIBBLE AND THAT WAS IT. LOOKS LIKE MAGGOTS AND MARSHMALLOWS WERE THE HOT BAIT.
THEY USED 10' LEADERS ALSO. THERE WERE ABOUT 3 BOATS TROLLING. DIDN'T SEE IF THEY CAUGHT ANY. WILL TRY AGAIN NEXT TIME.
