Two of us rowed around from 5pm till dark using a slip sinker and a number 4 hook with a worm in 34 ft of water
I caught 4 using 4 # test line and my buddy caught two using 6# line, both with no leader.
I believe that one of my trout was a triploid steelhead recently put there by the state, it fought better than all the rest
and tasted better too. Having luck the first day I went out Sunday same time and got skunked.
