We arrived at Lost Lake mid-afternoon to find the boat launch a little crowded with boat-less fishermen playing loud music. It was nicer once we got out onto the water, but the lake is quite small and fairly developed, so we didn't get a sense of peace and quiet, really. I fished with eggs and got nothing. My boyfriend fished with a spinner and got a bite from a small sunfish or perch after being there about 45 minutes (lost it...probably for the best), but we caught weeds most of the rest of the 3 hours we were there. We'll probably reserve this one for when we don't want to drive very far but still want to get out of the city.
