Showed up about5:00 pm & launched out. We could see them mouthing all over the place, but we just couldn't get a nibble. My husband & son were on bobbers with worms & decided to fish off the bottom. I had a worm on a 3' leader. Decided to try a new spot, when I was reeling in I thought I had brown weed stuck to my hook, but it was a small baby bullhead fish!! Unhooked it & proceeded on to the next spot. My husband caught a 10" silver off of his old faithful rooster tail. Was too far gone to release :(. After having no more luck & no more sun, we decided to head in. I trolled a small minnow, & my husband trolled his rooster tail. Needless to say, my husband caught another silver about 14". Released that one. We're thinking part of our problem was that there were a few jet skiers on this smaller size lake.
