We didn't get there until about 1:00 pm and cruised the lake looking for fish on the finder. We came back to across from the boat ramp and limited out in 3 hours. Orange or green power bait did the trick, we used power bait rigs with the bait floating about 18" off the bottom. It took a while to get the hang of setting the hook as the trout had fairly soft mouths and were doing a hit and run pattern. This was the first trip out trout fishing this year, We highly recommend this lake to anyone that wants the taste of fresh trout. Good luck and tight lines.
