Fished the past 2 Sundays at N. Teal lake in the potholes. Fished the first Sunday from the N. shore pitching rooster tails. Caught and released 10 trout in a few hours time. All fish were between 8-10 inches. Today I went back with my dad in our 12' boat and trolled rooster tail spinners and caught and retained our limit of trout in about 2 hours. No size to brag about, just steady fishing. I'm sure any kind of spinner would work but we like rooster tails.
