The first stop on our trip to the potholes this week was at Blythe lake. The second lake just south of MarDon resort at O Sullivan. We began trolling around 6.30-7.00am.My cousin pulling a worm rigged spinner and I pulled a silver F-7 sized Flatfish at about 50 ft. back. We trolled the north end around the tiny island for about an hour or so before deciding to head to the other end of the lake. After about an hour of this I landed a nice fat triploid rainbow on my flatfish. Realizing the action here was real slow we decided to head to the next lake up(Corral).
