Just wanted to let you know that I visited Rattlesnake Lake on the 26th about 3:30 pm. What a sight. the water level must be about 60 feet below high levels. Besides feeling that I have walked into desolation wilderness, my friend and I concluded that the lake is about only 15 acres now. It is rising as they are filing the lower reservoir that percolates into this lake.( I forgot the name) I can't imagine that it will be opened on the 28th. Anyone out there have any more info?
