I am writing you again about the big boys in the cove at the end of Rattlesnake. Fishing close to dark with golden castmaster. BIG hits and right before I was about to leave I spotted at least a 30 inch rainbow trout. I about died. I flipped the lure and the dam thing almost broke my 6 pound line. This was the biggest lake rainbow I've ever seen. This fish was a drag puller big time after a great fight with my home made gaff in hand I went for the gill and the fish turned at the right time. Dam. The gaff cut the the line. this fish would have set a new record for Rattlesnake. To bad, maybe I will see it again this Sunday.
