11 of us caravaned over to Jameson on 10/21 to enjoy the best trout fishing lake in the State of Washington. Our Grandson, 3 year old Carlos G. caught his first trout on a very short Scoobee Doo fishing rod. It was 19" long and between 3-4 pounds. The weather was great & we caught a couple of more fish just like his, along with plenty of pan sized trout too. The food & homemade pies at Jacks Resort are always worth the trip too. Besides, we like the place because it's out of cell phone and pager range too.
