Kirk and I arrived at the Lake about 0815, we began fishing from a dock on the West side of the Lake. Got a bite about 15 minutes after starting. Fish for two more hours with negative results. Took a boat and trolled for about 3 hours, again with negative results. The East Shore around the public access, ie, park, had numerous folks fishing from shore and dock. No one to whom we called claimed to have caught anything. We did see one boat fisherman catch a rather small fish (most probably a trout). There were about ten boats fishing the Southwest side of the lake, all boat fishermen claimed to have not caught anything. The weather was partly cloudy, temps. high forties, low fifties. Wind was blowing rather hard and gusty. All in all not a good day.
