Fished Loma on the 10th and again nailed a huge trout, bigger than the last, this time it came in at about 16 1/2" and had red meat. I had another on but my friend wanted to reel it in (he gets bored) he tried but let it get into the lilies and it broke the line. I went out again today (5/11) and left the trout alone this time, went for bass in prespawn, caught 2 rather shallow water is still pretty cold though, saw several fish rise in the shallows though. The fish had nice color and were still pretty small.
