LOOKS LIKE WERE OFF TO A GOOD START THIS YEAR. PERCH HAVE BEEN ON THE BITE, WITH SOME OF THEM TO 14", BUT MOST IN THE 10" RANGE. AS ALWAYS IN THE SPRING IT'S A HIT OR MISS SITUATION.... SOME DAYS YOU FILL A BUCKET THE NEXT DAY NOTHING. THE STATE HAS PLANTED ARROUND 30, 000 RAINBOW ABOUT 7" LONG, SO WITH ALL THE FEED IN THE LAKE THEY SHOULD BE CLOSE TO 11" BY MERORIAL DAY. WALLEYE ARE STILL SLUGGISH,BUT WITH WARMER WEATHER SHOULD TAKE OFF. ALSO THE CRAPPIE SHOULD START WITH WARM WEATHER......OVER ALL IT LOOKS GOOD FOR THIS YEAR...
