Today we went out from 10:00AM till 4:30PM and out of the 4 of us we all caught 10+ yellow perch 1lb plus on most, 1 crappie, 1 nice size trout and 1 catfish while trolling the bank. I talked to a lake front homeowner and he said the fishing is the best after 6PM.
There is a boat rental shop/camping/fishing dock. The dock is 2bucks to fish, the boats are 10.00 for 4 hours and 18.00 for all day. U should bring your own electric motor to use. The boat house said the BASSin is hot to but I didn't get a hit. Good luck in the Black lake water.
