My son, David J. Blake, finally got his LUNKER! It was a windy day at Offut Lake when David finally got the big BASS he had been searching for. We only fished for about 4 hours but it was the best 4 hours a father and son could have. After catching about a 10 oz bass David was working the waters hard, throwing everything from spinners, senko worms and crank baits. Finally at 3:45 pm he landed his first LUNKER! What a thrill... it was 18.5" and weighed 3.8 lbs. Our buddy, SLICK RICK, has revealed to us the perfect bass spots at Offut Lake. Many more LUNKERS to come.
