Left Enumclaw at 2:30 AM, was at Mar Don by 5:30, fishing by 6. This was my first time at mar don and im certainly coming back. I caught a 4 pounder (trout) within thirty minutes, then spent most of my time going for crappie on a UL rod. that was TONS of fun. I only kept the trout, but those crappie were really fun to bring in. I ended up catching probably 20 of them, and probably around a dozen bluegill, the largest being about a pound.
It was my first time at potholes, and certainly was a HUGE advancement from the little planters I get in Deep Lake (King). :D
