My youngest son Brett hadn't caught a Steelhead in years because he's always working and never has weekends off. I took Thursday off so I could go bring the boat back from the snake and took him along to fish for the afternoon, hoping to get him on a steely before wrapping it up for the year. It took all of 15 minutes for his bobber to go down and it was game on. The fish kind of came right to the boat then realized something was wrong and took a big run towards the middle of the river. Brett slowly worked him back in and we netted a 13lb. keeper.

Then he had to watch me try to get a bite for the next 3 hours. LOL
Never did get another bite but I had a great time seeing him catch one.
