Started Fishing at 11:30 am today between Hunters and Gifford hunting down a few Burbot! Went to my first spot of interest for Burbot and caught one right away and had a few others get off half way up to the boat. Locations that the Burbot were caught today was a very rocky bottom at depths from 80' to 115' deep with a very aggressive hit and all of their mouths were full of crawdads. I ended up limiting out in a few hours!
After that I then started fishing for Walleye and found them much deeper today from 130'-160' deep which did not surprise me at all after the cooler weather this morning. All fish were caught today using a 1 ounce jig green and orange with a night crawler. Good luck everyone and good Fishing!

Last time I fished up there, couple weeks ago, the burbot were stuffed with crawfish and I also had quite a few spit rocks in my boat. Obviously they were very aggressively digging for the craw fish and they were smashing my baits. I kept hoping they were big walleye but the fight is different.
