Well the perch have slowed down on their biting. The little bass went after Adam's lure and he caught a few in the 2 hours we were out. The great excitement was on the north side of the lake while he was trying to get bass to bite he hooked a 10.75 inch crappie. Biggest one I ever saw in my life. So I told him to keep it and what kinda lure did he have that was similar to what he was using. I put it on and a little later I had one the same length but with less girth. So we had 2 big crappies. I trolled some flies on our way back to the boat ramp, catching a few normal sized ones (small). Then Adam hooked another large one on his fly but it dropped off just as he was bringing it into the boat. Good evening fishing!
