Got out before light and idled around looking for schools. Found a good stretch and marked my path. Got trolling at first light, glow flasher and a hi fly with herring strip. Caught the first one about 1/2 hour in, around 5#. Went for an hour with nothing, still marking lots of fish. Changed flasher colors and hoochie/ hi fly colors. Hooked one on mother of pearl hoochie. Line got stuck in the clip and by the time i could pop it off fish was gone. 45 min later caught a small king and kicked it loose. Fished 40-90 feet on wire. Only 3 bites, figured it would be better just by number of schools i was marking. Sounds like it was better for others that were out. Got bothered by some shakers as well
