The Chinook bite really slowed down this weekend. So we switched over to just steelhead on Saturday in one of the boats and had a fantastic day on with 14 fish to the boat. The best technique was bobber and shrimp. The key was to get the shrimp to a foot off the bottom in 22ft of water. Light leader 10lb florocarbin and pink dyed small coon shrimp soaked in graybills steelhead scent was the ticket. We were getting alot of wild fish but with only a 1 hatchery fish limit everyone eventually limited. Lots of action and lots of fun!
